Kristian Tognini is the business mind and driving force behind both Togninis and Hey Hair — the next generation of the Tognini legacy. After venturing beyond the family business to explore the worlds of tourism and hospitality, Kristian returned home in 2005, bringing with him a wealth of experience, vision, and fresh perspective.

Now, with his laptop always nearby and the coffee machine never far from reach, Kristian thrives at the helm of the business — blending strategy, creativity, and a love for people in equal measure. Known for his quick wit and easy conversation, he’s as passionate about growth and innovation as he is about good food, travel, sport, and life with his two boys.
