Our Policies
Transparency and trust are at the heart of every Togninis experience. To keep your appointment running smoothly, we’ve outlined a few simple policies below. A quick read now means more time for what matters when you’re in the chair.
Pricing
- We use a tiered pricing system that correlates with the level of experience of our stylists. Prices shown on our website are starting prices.
- Please be aware prices are based on usage of colour. Quotes cannot be provided over the phone, via email, or socials. You will be quoted prior to the commencement of your service.
- A 10% surcharge applies to all Saturday services to reflect peak appointment demand.
Bookings
- All appointments require a deposit to secure your booking.
- Online bookings pay at checkout.
- Phone bookings will receive a payment link. If it isn’t paid within the specified time, your appointment will be automatically cancelled.
- Deposit amounts vary by service and are confirmed when you book. Your deposit comes off your final bill on the day.
- Please note that the service times stated on our website include the service only, not processing time. Timing on the website is by estimate only and will vary for each client. We recommend that you call the salon in advance if you would like to know the approximate timing of your appointment.
Cancellations
- We send a confirmation email 1 week prior to your appointment and a text 48 hours before, as a friendly reminder.
- Should you need to change or cancel your booking, 48 hours notice is required.
- Changes or cancellations made within 48 hours will result in your booking deposit being forfeited.
- Failure to attend your appointment without notice will be marked as a no-show result in the full cost of the appointment being charged.
- We know life happens. If you’re running more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service so we can stay on time for the clients after you.
Salon Space
- Clients are unable to bring someone along to their appointment who is not getting their hair done. This policy has been put in place to ensure that we can provide the best possible service to our customers and maintain a comfortable and professional atmosphere in our salons. *Babies up to and under 6 months exempt*
Online Store
- All sales made on our website are subject to availability. While we will use our best endeavours to ensure that products shown as in stock on our website are available, we may run out of stock from time to time. Should this be the case with your order we will contact you at the email address you have supplied and issue a full refund for the products not available. Items which are shown as out of stock will be obtained as quickly as possible.
- Prices online may be different to in-store prices.
- It is essential that all products purchased from Togninis are used in the manner that they are intended to be used as per manufacturer's instructions.
- Togninis accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss or injury caused by use of our products in any manner contrary to the intended use.
- For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your product arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@togninis.com and we’ll make it right. This doesn’t affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Gift Cards
- Gift cards may be partially redeemed and the balance used at a later date, provided before expiry.
- Gift cards are valid for 36 months after the date of purchase.
- Gift cards may be redeemed alongside cash and/or other accepted payment methods.
- Digital gift cards will be directly delivered by email to the specified recipient’s email address after the payment concludes, in a printable or presentable format containing details of the voucher amount, the voucher ID, an optional personal note, a barcode and the expiry date.
- Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Togninis Annual Gift Cards Sale of Spend $150, Enjoy $200. The bonus $50 is automatically applied to gift cards purchased. The gift cards are only available for purchase on dates specified by Togninis and available for use in January and February only.
