Pricing

We use a tiered pricing system that correlates with the level of experience of our stylists. Prices on our website are starting from.
Please be aware prices are based on usauge of colour. Quotes cannot be provided over the phone, via email, or socials. You will be quoted prior to the commencement of your service.
A 10% weekend rate is applied to all Saturday services to reflect peak appointment demand.

Bookings

Deposits are required for bookings made over the phone. The amount will be confirmed with you depending on the service booked.
A deposit is required for each service that is booked online and will be stated at time of booking.
Please note that the service times stated on our website include the service only, not processing time. Timing on the website is by estimate only and will vary for each client. We recommend that you call the salon in advance if you would like to know the approximate timing of your appointment.

Cancellations

We send a confirmation email 1 week prior to your appointment and a text 48 hours before, as a friendly reminder.
Should you need to change or cancel your booking, 48 hours notice is required.
Changes or cancellation made within 48 hours will result in your booking deposit being forfeited.

Salon Space

Clients are unable to bring someone along to their appointment who is not getting their hair done. This policy has been put in place to ensure that we can provide the best possible service to our customers and maintain a comfortable and professional atmosphere in our salons. *Babies up to and under 6 months exempt*

Online Store

All sales made on our website are subject to availability. While we will use our best endeavours to ensure that products shown as in stock on our website are available, we may run out of stock from time to time. Should this be the case with your order we will contact you at the email address you have supplied and issue a full refund for the products not available. Items which are shown as out of stock will be obtained as quickly as possible.
Prices online may be different to in store prices.
It is essential that all products purchased from Togninis are used in the manner that they are intended to be used as per manufacturer's instructions.
Togninis accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss or injury caused by use of our products in any manner contrary to the intended use.
